In order to receive a refund, your return request must be received within 10 days from the day we ship to you. The merchandise must be in excellent, unused condition with the tags still on the item(s) to receive full refund.
Returns are processed in the same form as original payment used for purchase within 1-7 business days upon receiving the return.
Please note that you are responsible for shipping unwanted products back, and must pay for all incurred shipping-related expenses.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
In the rare occurrence that your item arrives damaged, we are more than happy to exchange the item for a new one. The product must be shipped back within 10 days from the date we shipped to you. Please request a Return Processing Number by contacting: email@example.com, Subject line: EXCHANGES.
The Last Resort will only ship out a replacement upon receipt of the damaged item. Of course we will do our best to have the exact replacement product you want, however The Last Resort cannot guarantee that your item will be in stock at all times. In the event that your item is not available, a full refund will be provided.
