Return Policy

We hope your online experience and purchase have exceeded your expectations. However, if you are not absolutely in love with your online purchase, please contact customerservice@thelastresortrkpt.com, with the subject: RETURNS for instructions on how to return your item. In order to receive a refund, your return request must be received within 10 days from the day we ship to you. The merchandise must be in excellent, unused condition with the tags still on the item(s) to receive full refund.

  • Returns are processed in the same form as original payment used for purchase within 1-7 business days upon receiving the return.  
  •  You are responsible for shipping unwanted products back, and must pay for all incurred shipping-related expenses.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

If for some unforeseen event happens and the item you purchased arrives to you in less than perfect condition we will  exchange the item for a new one. For further instructions please contact us at customerservice@thelastresortrkpt.com, Subject line: EXCHANGES. Please note that exchanges must be made within 10 days from the day we shipped the item to you. If we no longer have the exact item you want to exchange we will reach out to you via e-mail to inform you and a full refund will be provided.
